Where do I hand over my vehicle?
At Frankfurt Airport, Terminal 1, Departures level B6. The customer app can start navigation directly to this point.
How does AEROTRX know when I arrive?
Once navigation starts, your estimated arrival time is shared with the job. An additional reminder can be sent around 30 minutes beforehand.
What happens after I land?
The app detects your flight status and welcomes you back. Only after baggage reclaim or passport control do you press “I'M COMING”. The driver then sets off with your vehicle to B6.
Can I still call?
Yes. Customers and drivers retain direct phone contact as an emergency and fallback option. The call queue will be set up before operations begin.
