When this website is accessed, technically necessary connection data may be processed. This includes in particular the IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser and device information and technical error data.
The processing serves to provide the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in secure operation and protection against misuse.
The public booking flow expressly marked as test mode continues not to transmit or store the booking data entered. Separately, a functional preview that has not been released to the public is available for internal testing of customer, driver and operations-centre workflows.
Only deliberately entered test data is stored in the preview’s shared database. Vehicle photographs are kept in protected object storage. Customer access is tied to a long, order-specific access code; staff areas require an approved staff identity. The preview must not be used with real customer data.
Before the real booking service is activated, all recipients, specific retention and deletion periods, legal bases, processors and any payment, mapping, flight-data and notification services will be identified and reviewed in full.
The public test booking does not collect location data. In the internal functional preview, a signed-in driver may expressly share the device location. Storage is intended only during an active shift and ends when the driver ends that shift.
For future live operation, the customer app is intended to share only the current navigation ETA and necessary status changes required to coordinate the handover. Sharing will start only after express permission and can be ended; the telephone fallback then remains available. Before launch, the map and routing service, recipients, legal basis and retention periods will be specified.
When you contact AEROTRX, your information is processed in order to deal with the enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The data is deleted once the enquiry has been conclusively dealt with and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
AEROTRX uses technical hosting and IT service providers for operation and security. They receive data only to the extent required for the respective service and where a legal basis exists.
Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this occurs only in compliance with the requirements of Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.
This website currently does not use its own analytics or advertising cookies. There is no personalised advertising and no sale of personal data.
Personal data is stored only for as long as required for the respective purpose or for as long as statutory retention obligations apply. Technical log data is limited to what is necessary for security and error analysis.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have in particular the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
To exercise your rights, a message to info@aerotrx.de is sufficient. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
